Welcome to Jala Flow Yoga, your gateway to an exhilarating SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) Yoga experience in the heart of London. Our classes are set against the tranquil backdrop of the West Reservoir Centre in Stoke Newington, North London. Here, the water's embrace ranges from a refreshing 12 degrees to a warm 26 degrees, perfect for those who enjoy a gentle touch of nature on their fingertips or toes, or even a full-body immersion.

At Jala Flow Yoga, we prioritize your comfort and safety. That's why we use top-quality Red Paddleboards, which are inflatable and measure an accommodating 10ft x 6-8. Perfect for both beginners and seasoned practitioners, these boards ensure stability and ease during your yoga session.

Your journey with us begins with a comprehensive introduction to SUP Yoga. Upon arrival at the Centre, you'll be thoroughly briefed on the use of the boards, the equipment, and the basics of paddling on the water. This initial guidance, offered at your first class, is designed to make your SUP Yoga experience both enjoyable and safe.

Our SUP Yoga timetable, starting in May 2024, is as follows:

- Tuesdays at 8 AM - Sunrise sup yoga with Jayne Miller

- Thursdays at 6:30 PM - Sunset sup yoga with Jayne Miller

- Saturdays at 8 AM - Sunrise sup yoga with Lucie Norris

Both forms now have to be filled in or signed and sent to me before you join the sup yoga class

 

What do you want to bring to class: 

  • A spare change of clothes (incase you get wet or fall in to the reservoir)

  • Some comfortable clothes which you can move in, Yoga leggings, T- shirt and Jumper.

  • Barefoot on the boards or wetsuit boots can be used if you prefer

  • Sunscreen in the summer, to protect the skin from UVA & UVB
