Pregnancy Yoga classes
Offered as 1-1 and small groups for prenatal mothers from my home studio in North London. Offering a safe space for a community of cultivating women, who are experiencing beautiful changes in mind and body. My classes allows you to connect and experience conscious breathing techniques, energising yoga flows, meditation, visualisation and yoga nidra which prepares yourself and baby for birth.
Postnatal Yoga classes
Offered as 1-1 or small groups of mama’s and babies. When you come in to postpartum the 4th trimester you need to gain understanding of a holistic healing approach to your new life as a mother. My classes bring teachings of healing, rebuilding and revitalising yourself as a mother. This is a place to connect with other mothers, sharing and connecting your thoughts and identities.

Pregnancy & Postnatal support packages
The women’s circle will bring new offerings to your yoga practice and intuitive womb energy. These classes will inspire you to connect into your personal creativity, your sacral chakra and wisdom of your body, Creative flows which serve a women’s body to help map menstruation and live in the cycle. Holding space and building a sacred energy for you to really experience the flow through breathing, mudra, mantra and yoga nidra.
I am offering a package which you can either take through pregnancy until birth or you postnatal period or providing support throughout your 1st trimester throughout your pregnancy. These package deals provide a service of 2 private yoga classes a month to keep on track with your progress both physically and emotionally, This service also gives support via emails, phone calls whenever you feel the need to discuss your journey and progress through maternity and into motherhood.
