Yoga on the water can be fun
Welcome to Lucie Norris sup yoga. My classes are based at the beautiful and serene location of the west reservoir centre within urban North Londons Stoke Newington. With the water temperature ranging from 16 degrees to a high of 26 degrees, you will enjoy a dip of the finger tips, toes or maybe your whole body.
The classes are 4 times per week and cater for everybody from total beginners who have never paddled before or taken a yoga class to those who are experienced yogis.
At the reservoir we use Red Paddle boards the are inflatable and are sized at 10ft x 8. At first you will be briefed on the boards all equipment and also how to paddle on the water, All this is introduced on the Intro to sup. (recommended for those who need a little more practice of getting on the water)

Please read through and submit the following
What to bring with you:
A spare change of clothes (incase you get wet or fall in to the reservoir)
Some comfortable clothes which you can move in, Yoga leggings, T- shirt and Jumper.
Barefoot on the boards or wetsuit boots can be used if you prefer
Sunscreen in the summer, to protect the skin from UVA & UVB
All none swimmers must where a jacket until anchored up and ready to start yoga
