Beginners sup yoga - Monday 6.30pm


This is a beginners SUP Yoga class. You will learn a brief on

  • basic knowledge of the paddleboard & equipment

  • How to anchor according to the wind

  • Basic paddling techniques for beginners

Once on the water and anchored we will then do a basic slow yoga class which will last around 45 minutes.

Ending the class with basic knowledge on deflating the boards and how to stack them.

Please arrive 10 minutes before class starts to prepare
