Beginners SUP Yoga class is the next step after your intro to SUP yoga class. You already have the knowledge of your paddleboard and equipment, but maybe needing a little extra time on getting onto the water and anchoring. The yoga class will be around 50 mins and will include asanas such as downward dog, cobra, Variations of warrior one & two. How to transition carefully and manage you balance and focus with weight distribution.

Please arrive 15 minutes before class starts to prepare
