Advanced Sup Yoga - Thursday 7.30pm

The advanced sup yoga classes are for those who have had both experience of yoga on land as well as several classes on the water. This class will be challenging with full asanas which include core work to activate the muscles then allowing better strength and co-ordination for transitions between pose like the low lunge, warrior one, two & three.

Please arrive 15 minutes before class starts to prepare
