What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is a method of breath control that gives you the techniques that alter your state of consciousness and have an effect on your physical and mental well-being.
Breathing on a daily basis is for many of us unconscious, we are un aware that we are taking in short shallow breaths, which leads us to the Flight or Fight sympathetic route of the nervous system. This limiting breath can lead up to anxiety, anger, stress, which then lead to bad lifestyle choices, less sleep and exhaustion lead to bad gut health. By doing simple guided breathing techniques can be life changing, making you become more conscious about the breath and allowing your body to enter the rest and digest route of the parasympathetic nervous system, relaxed, soft and revitalised. The mind is calmer and then works more efficiently to be more creative in lifestyle choices.
